About our Event Services
Are you available on my date?
We usually book at least 4 weeks in advance, but you never know, we may have a cancellation. For up to date availability, just go to the Book tab, select your Event date and you will be able to see our current times and date available! Or send me a text to 614.349.1750 and we can check for you :)
What kind of designs can you do?
We can do pretty much anything. We can match a theme for your party, bring a set of our most requested designs or bring a small menu of simple, quick designs for high traffic events. Pinterest is full of ideas, feel free to send a picture with your request and we can let you know for sure!
Do you do balloon twisting?
Not personally (I've given up trying to learn LOL), but we do have a wonderful group of talented Balloon Artists we contract with to entertain your guests! They can also provide Costumed Characters, Balloon Arches and Gifts. We also know a fellow Caricature Artist, Magician and have a wonderful Henna Artist we can refer. Just ask!
Why is my deposit non-refundable?
When you request a date, we add you to our schedule and do not to accept any other events for that date for the next 7 calendar days... or enough time for us to complete your contract and invoice, send it and collect your deposit. After we received your signed contract and deposit, we must turn away other events. If you cancel, this is lost revenue in your artist fee and the cost we spend on any special paints or tools for your event.
What kind of paint do you use?
We use only cosmetic grade face paints and glitters. Although we can not guarantee that your child or event goers will not have an allergic reaction, it is rare. I purchase all my supplies from FacePaint.com, JestPaint.com and Art Factory (shopglittertattoos.com). If you request, I can provide a list of products and you are welcome to visit their site for complete details about the ingredients they contain. In my opinion, the best way to avoid allergic reactions is to know what substances to look for and avoid.
How many Face Painting Artists do I need for my event?
As a rule of thumb you can usually estimate 65-75% of your guests will want to participate in Face Painting. So if you estimate 500 in attendance, please hire enough Artists to accommodate a paint que of 325-375 participates.
Our Corporate events are structured paint as many guests as possible with the least amount of artists, please contact us for more details. If your event is larger than what you can book through our online system, please email us at AriaFaceArtistry@gmail.com or call 614.349.1750, and we can book it manually for you :)
Do you offer discounts to 501c3 and charity events?
We do one free charity or fundraiser event a year. If you would like your event added to our list for next year to be considered, please email AriaFaceArtistry@gmail.com We choose the event we are going to contribute to in January and will reach out.
We offer 501c3 organizations a 25% discount for events booked Monday thru Thursday 9am to 4pm and a 10% discount for events booked Friday thru Sunday before noon. We do require a copy of your EIN to determine eligibility.
We also offer ACTIVE MILITARY members, VETS, Police and Firefighters a 10% discount anytime.
REPEAT CLIENTS get $25 off their total.
*All discounts must be requested by the client at booking to receive.*
I found a cheaper Face Painter, why should I hire you instead?
I love what I do. This isn't just a job to me. This is a passion that I have had since I was in my teens. Painting has gotten me thru some tough times and being able to paint to make people smile... that is just THE best feeling. I also make sure that the artists I contract with love it, too.

I think that is the most important ;) but here are a few other reasons you might consider...
You get what you pay for. I know it's cliché, but it's true...
There are 3 things to ask yourself when booking any service.
1. Do you want it done FAST?
2. Do you want it done PRETTY?
3. Do you want it done CHEAP?
You get to choose 2, because NO ONE can give you all 3 and if they say they can... well, they are lying to you.

Between myself and the crew that I work with we have over 30 years experience in the industry.
We are PROFESSIONALS. This is not a part-time gig or side hustle for me or most of the Artists we contract to work for us. We have spent thousands of dollars (yes, thousands!) on professional set ups, taken classes and practiced this art so we can bring you and your guests an awesome experience.
We also pay for and are protected by Body Workers insurance, not all Face Painters do. Because as much as we don't like to thing about it, accidents can happen.

We take cleanliness very seriously. In the environment we work in, it is very important to be conscience of spreading germs. We use a 3 pot cleaning system for brushes, wipe hands with antibacterial wipes and use clean sponges, in between each guest. We also use a toxin free, pet and kid friendly, multi-surface cleaner, disinfectant, sanitizer called Force of Nature on my entire kit between each event and spray it down several times at high traffic events. Any suggestions if the price is out of our budget?
I completely understand that not every organization can afford to hire a professional! But there are options!
I will happily recommend affordable and safe products for your event volunteers, free of charge!
I also teach face painting classes! This can be tailored to your needs, whether you want to become a professional, or you want help in training the volunteers for your event.
If you need entertainers for your event, but your budget is tight, consider sourcing a sponsor! I've done many events where local or large companies sponsor the "children's area". This enables you to stretch your event budget further!

For individuals, we do accept AfterPay.
Their service is a super easy way to afford large purchases by spreading the total out and paying in 4 interest-free installments. Check out how it works HERE

How do I request a return for an item I received from Aria Artistry?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
What are the conditions for making a return?
To return an item, it must be in perfect condition, with labels and original packaging intact. Returns are only accepted for misprinted or damaged items.
Who is responsible for the shipping costs when making a return?
If you're returning multiple items from the same seller, you can enjoy "Free Return" on all items. Returning items one by one may require an additional shipping fee.
How long does it take to receive a full refund?
You'll receive a full refund once the supplier receives your package and confirms that the conditions for reimbursement have been met. The sooner you return the item(s), the quicker you'll get your refund.
Where will my refund be sent?
Your refund will be returned to the same billing method used for the original payment on the order.
Can I exchange an item instead of making a return?
Yes, you can exchange for the exact product from your original order.
What's the process for damaged or incorrectly printed products?
You can get a free replacement of the exact product or a refund if you contact Aria Artistry within 14 days of product delivery. Make sure to provide proof of defects before returns can be accepted.
Are digital items and gift card purchases refundable?
Digital items and gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards expire one year from the purchase date.
What's the shipping policy for Aria Artistry?
There's free shipping every day for orders over $50 shipped within the USA. All other shipping rates are based on actual USPS rates. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and international shipping is not available at this time.
