Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel, please give at least 48 hours notice. Your 50% retainer is non-refundable, but can be used towards future services of the same duration within 6 months of the original service date. You must reschedule and will not be notified of expiring credits. If the cancellation is due to a natural disaster or emergency situation out of your control, any amounts paid will be refunded.
